Description
AMPCOM AMXX-SFP-GE-SMXXXX family are high performance, cost effective SFP BIDI modules supporting dual data-rate of 1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps and 3-40KM transmission distance with SMF. The transceiver consists of three sections: a FP/DFB laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements. The transceivers are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472. For further information, please refer to SFP MSA.
There are three versions of the series 1G SFP BIDI optical transceiver modules for different applications. The Standard grade (0~70ºC) is for commonly commercial application,
The Extended grade (-10~85ºC) is for Extended temperature application,
The Industrial grade (-40~85ºC) is made with robust and reliable components to meet the needs of Industrial Ethernet application under harsh environmental conditions.
